What are the prices of your dresses?
Prices for our flower girl dresses and special occasion dresses are £39 to £89 each, party dresses and dressing up dresses are £19 to £39 each and smocked cotton embroidered dresses are £19 to £24 each.
What are the sizes for your dresses?
Our dresses can start anything from 9 months up to 8 years old, depending on the design of the dress. To get the complete sizes for each dress, you need to go to the detail page of the dress you are interested in, scroll down the button marked 'size', from there you can see all the sizes available for that particular dress.
Can you do bigger sizes than 8 years for your dresses?
We might be able to with some of the designs but not all, as some of our dresses are limited editions only. Please call us with your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate but we can't promise!
What type of fabric do you use for your dresses?
We use a range of fabric, but mostly Vietnamese silk, taffeta silk, organza, satin and tulle for the formal occasion dresses. Our smocked dresses are made of 100% soft cotton.
What is the wash care for your dresses?
These are different depending on the designs, but generally speaking most of our dresses are made so that they are machine washable or hand-washed rather than Dry Clean Only. You can see the exact washing instruction for each style in the detail page of each dress.
Would you send sample fabric for your dresses?
No. As some of our dresses are limited editions only, also, we want to keep our running costs low, so we can offer our customers a value for money product. Remember, you can buy from us with confidence as we offer a full refund, with 14 days money back guarantee (excluding the postage costs where applicable).
Do you have a paper catalogue?
No, this is another way of us keeping our running costs low, so our dresses are affordable.
How do I buy and pay for your dresses?
You can buy via our website and pay with your debit or credit cards via the secure PAYPAL payment system. Or you can call though your order on 020 7733 4223 (lines open, 10.00am-3.00pm), with this option, we will need you to arrange a direct bank transfer or send us a cheque. Please note all dresses must be paid for in full before despatch.
What's the delivery time for your dresses?
We can dispatch the dresses between 2-3 working days, subject to availability. If a particular dress is out of stock we will call and let you know when the dress is next in stock, you have the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it. Also, if you need a dress urgently then call us, and for a small extra charge we can arrange for next day delivery.
Do you have any stores where I can try on your dresses?
We do have a number of stores around the country who stock our brand, but they don't all carry every style within our range, so there is no guarantee that we can arrange this for you. However, you can call us or email us and we will do our best to help but we can't promise!
How do I know what size dress to order?
It's easy, just follow our measurement instructions from the sizing page on your left navigation.
What happens if the dresses don't fit and I need them in different sizes?
You can send the dresses back to us and we will exchange them for whatever size you would like, depending on availability.
What if I've changed my mind and don't want them anymore?
You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to send the dresses back to us, with all the necessary paperwork. We will refund your money in full (excluding the postage costs where applicable).
What if the dresses are wrong or damaged?
You need to inform us straight away and arrange for the dresses to be sent back to us, with all the necessary paperwork. We can then either refund your money in full or arrange for a replacement, the decision will be yours.
After a return, when will I be credited?
Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed once they have reached our office. We will endeavour to do this sooner if we are able.
