Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The closing date for the free prize draw is 27th March 2010. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
2. The winner shall be notified by 5th April 2010.
3. The winner will be required to pay postage costs for the dress.
4. Choice of dress by winner is strictly subject to availability.
5. The free prize draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only.
6. Participants must supply a full email address to participate.
7. The free prize draw is limited to one entry per person and per household.
8. This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable.
10. No purchase is necessary.
11. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules‚ illegible‚ incomplete or altered will be disqualified.
12. The promoter of the free prize draw is Ha Ngo Perfume River. The promoter's decision is final.
13. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then he will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
14. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed by 5th November 2010.
